Thank you for choosing Wildlanders Adventures for your travel experience in Tanzania. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. We encourage you to read this document carefully before finalizing your booking.
When booking a tour with Wildlanders Adventures, a written travel agreement is required, which can be submitted electronically. This agreement applies to all participants listed in the reservation, and the individual making the booking accepts responsibility for all participants’ contractual obligations. Once the booking is confirmed, Wildlanders Adventures will provide written confirmation via email.
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour price is required within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date, including the reference number for the reservation.
For last-minute bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline allows Wildlanders Adventures to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
We strive to provide accurate pricing and services, but certain circumstances may require adjustments. Wildlanders Adventures reserves the right to modify tour prices due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, national park fees, government taxes, and transportation costs.
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be processed upon receipt by Wildlanders Adventures. The following cancellation policy applies:
In some cases, Wildlanders Adventures may assess unused services and determine potential savings on an individual basis.
Wildlanders Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour under the following circumstances:
In cases of force majeure (unforeseen events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures), we may cancel or modify the tour itinerary.
Wildlanders Adventures ensures careful preparation, reliable service delivery, and the proper selection of vendors and partners. However, we are not responsible for third-party service providers such as airlines, transportation carriers, or hotel accommodations.
Customers are responsible for complying with local immigration, health, and customs regulations. We strongly advise obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
Participating in a Tanzania safari or other outdoor adventure tours comes with inherent risks, including unpredictable weather conditions, rough terrain, encounters with wildlife, and physical activity.
By booking with Wildlanders Adventures, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to travel at their own responsibility. We strongly recommend carrying a first aid kit, appropriate gear, and emergency travel insurance.

Participants must ensure they have the necessary passport, visa, and vaccinations required to enter Tanzania. Wildlanders Adventures is not responsible for securing visas or any consequences arising from non-compliance with immigration laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
